International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Rates vary by destination and order weight. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for:

  • Domestic orders above SGD 3,000.

  • International orders above SGD 5,000.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
